Hi, I’m Rachel
I’m a leadership coach, facilitator, and strategic partner for growth. I help mid-career leaders (Sr. Manager to VP) stay relevant and visible, while protecting what matters, by leading with clear priorities, confident decisions, and calm under pressure. I’ve lived the realities of the messy middle—managing up and down in corporate and owner-operator teams, navigating shifting priorities, and keeping life outside of work moving.
My approach blends CliftonStrengths®, practical strategy, and research-informed coaching to create simple, effective, strengths-aligned ways of working. We use what you naturally do best to make the right work easier, progress is visible, and energy lasts beyond the workday.
At the core is self-leadership. Before you lead a team, you first lead yourself, through your attention, energy, boundaries, and beliefs. Together, we build practices that steady you under pressure and set the tone for those around you: clearer communication, confident decisions, healthy limits, and consistent follow-through.
